what would you say the best part of hunting is?

its really nice to see the woods come to life full of weird lttle creatures and a 12 pointer id like to shoot but hes to smart!

Mr Woody, I don't think I could habe said it better myself.  Sometimes, to me, its better to just sit quietly and listen to natue all around you than to actually shoot something.....then the quiet time is over and the work begins.

I like just walking also. When I walk on my place I always carry some kind of firearm because of feral dogs. I got scared pretty bad 3 years ago when I walked into a pack of them while seeding a firelane

If I go hunting or fishing and don't get anything thats ok, I have still had a good day in Gods world and I have the added bonus of not having to clean any game when I get home.  If I do have luck then I am again blessed with having a good day and food as a bonus.

The best part of hunting for me has been teaching you how to hunt, and how much you enjoy those weird little critters and watching that 12-pointer you weren't allowed to shoot.
