Looking for plans/ help for a HQ wall tent

I'm new to the boards and I have just got into the black powder life so to say I'm starting from the bottom would be an understatement but looking into finding plans to do a HQ wall tent that's about 12'x16'x6' want to do a full floor in it have found several sites that I could buy 1 but was wanting to work on 1 just because I'm hard headed so any info on keeping things dry and warm are welcome with luck was hoping to find someone that could help me side step some of the pit falls that I'm sure to run into

   I do not know what a HQ tent is but sounds like it will be fun to bild I made my own diomand fly /tent fly I went to sherwin williams in ac and bought a panter cloth 12 x 15 brought it home and put it in the tub turnd on the hot water (my hot water gets to 160 deg ) sterd it around to make sure it all got wet every so often i would go back and sture it just to keep it all geting in the hot water when the water got kool enoufe to put my hand in and get to the plug I let out some of the water and gotthe water hot again when it kooled off I took it out side hung it over my kids swing set to dry whe it was dry it had shrunk up to about a 11x14 and was no where close to being square but it made a good fly I took it to Enid Ok to a scout camp and set it up as a fly on my tent it raned all 3 days we were there.  the only place it leaked was a long the edges where it was saging  then I took it and set it up as a diomand fly at a scout leader traning camp  out this spring It raind all 3 days I was there every one lafed at meand told me i was going to get wet  I left the traning the only one with dry gear it did not leak a drop. but if I was going to make a tent I would make it out of sunforge canvas that was cut square it help out a lot unless u know how to go about cuting it to make it square just my thoughts on what to use .but as for the plans good luck might just have to look at one and make then your self
