A few years ago when I heard that Tom Fuller / England was getting ready to retire and the speculation was that black english flint prices would jump way up, I coordinated a couple of bulk purchase orders of several thousand flints with him directly...and bit the bullet for myself as part of that and bought 1000 3/4" x 7/8" for $.69 each delivered.
Seeing flint prices today I'm glad I did...
