pennsylvania ,at least the southern part can be like that ! I remember one day back in the 80`s ,it was warm, good 75 degrees , clear, sunny . the temp dropped 45 degrees in half an hour ,sky clouded up ,and we got wind ,sleet, and snow . twelve hours later it was 54 degrees ! figured the weather maker was either having an off day ,or training a new apprentice !
