as many of you re-call last week i sort of had a little  rant over a simple mis-understanding .now that i have thought  about how i acted i feel very embarrasses not to make excuses but i would like to ex plane  something  when i returned from south east Asia in 19667 i had to under go a year of psych treatment in a V.A. hospital  as did many of my comrades and ma by some of you  ,don't know ,but this  problem for not being able to control my anger has followed me for many years and has at times caused me trouble as long as i take  the med regular i do fine but i get tired of the side effects so i just stop taking  it and the problem will return again and sometimes it takes very little to set  it off so that said let me say that i meant no personal attack toward anyone and i thank you all for  bearing with me  i will try to  refrain from this in the future  you are the best family that i ever had  growing up mostly on my own  i never really had  a sound footing  until the military took me in i guess what im trying to say is  i never intended for things to get so far out of hand  and thanks to the moderators who  helped it calm down  i am sorry and embarrassed about it  but i just had to  get this off my  mind thank you for  putting up with me. :-[

Tom.... I know sometimes a person just has to get something off their chest and out of their system.  We all appreciate that.  Just be assured the slate is clean as far as I'm concerned.
