I casted my first 200gr 44cal Lee bullets. Do you lube them and if so with what? When loading them do you load powder wad bullet  or/and powder bullet Crisco? Is it a bad idea to shoot them out of a brass frame Colt?

Thanks in advance, Mike

I'll explain one reason a Colt Rev gets loose or breaks an arbor pin.
If ya have a 138gr. ball and 25gr a BP pushin' that ball hittin' the forcing cone at the rear of the barrel a bunch a times I mean like in the hundreds a times some things gonna loosen up. What happens when you hit that forcing cone with more  grains of lead?
I won't say it hurts it, but I'll say it don't help it. This would do something to a brass frame quicker is what I am tryin' to say tactfully.
All I really know is that there are some reasons I have had to fix and or replace parts do to loose arbors or broken arbor locking pins. From Brass 1851 Navy to ASM 2nd model Dragoons with 50gr of BP capabilities...
I shot 255gr.45 Long Colt w/ an R&D Converson Cyl. in myColt Sig Dragoon, It loved it. Anyway I'll shut up before i start liein' or sumthin'.
