this is my 1961 model baikal 12 gage shotgun, it has never seen a gun smith all origional sprigs and parts the walnut stock is hand checkered not stamped  it is chocked full and extra full still has the origional blueing the bores are like new and it shoots beautifull patterns and shoots winchester rifled slugs like it was a double rifle, every one that shoots it says how nice it swings.

Love side by sides..

Reminds me of the old stage coach guns..

Nice looking shotgun!!!!!
It's not what tool you use to hunt with.
It's that you use the tool Legally and Ethically

woody my wife used to have one of those russian cars called a lada sumara,we used to go and see  here grand mother down in the soth west of western australia about 140 miles away  there and back we would use 1/4 of a tank os gass, the tank held 38  us galons and i would do 110-120 kph[70 mph] all the way it was a sweet little car and was very solid the way it was built, same with there guns.

I want an SKS. Oh, how badly I want one.

Maybe with some of the money from the stuff I'm building between now and the end of the year....

The shotgun is utterly beautiful, BTW. Lawd Gawd it's purty. I've always been partial to nice side-by-sides. Champagne taste and Ripple income -- oh well.

Mr Woodchuck

the thought of Mongel witt an SKS ... glad I'M over here  out of range.
lol
