Can anyone provide me with more info on a couple of my ancestors. The first is a French Canadian voyageur named Jacques deNoyon--Trois Rivieres Quebec Born 1668 died 1745. Explored great lakes area in 1688, At Deerfield Masacre in 1704--taken captive back to Canada. Have some info about him but not a whole lot.
Next, Aaron DeNio/ or Denio Born 1704 Trois riviers Quebec, went back to Deerfield in 1714, was a gunsmith and inkeeper. Supposed to have been one of Deerfields more colorful charactors, but no info on his gunsmithing or on what made him such a "colorful charactor.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

  Heather,
Thank you so much. Much of this info I did not have and have found it to be very helpful.
How do you know where to find the info like this?
   Thank you again,
Todd DeNio
