I have read through most of the posts below and it appears that they are at least well made. I have a chance to trade for one that is NIB. Never been fired only handled a couple of times. It is SS. I really want a BB revolver & while now is not best time for me I can probably trade to make it happen. My questions.... 1) Is this a good one?  2) What is approximate value given the stated condition & being stainless steel?

Thanks guys!

They are a very good gun. Well built. Take a look on the auction sites and see what they're going for. They aren't being made at this time, so they will only get scarcer. I've seen them go for from $200.00 to as much as $500.00 or even more. I have 2, and have never regretted getting them.

In the condition you state, resale value would be greater than a Pietta or Uberty, but cost more as well.  If you can get it in trade, all the better. Quality is superb.

The Ruger ROA is one of, if not the very best BP revs made.

They are a design of their own - e.g. not a repro.

tyhe works are almost exactly like the cartridge Blackhawks.  Highly reccomended.
