No boat needed yet, actually Auburns hi and dry!, I live 2 blocks from the Green River, its running hi but is controlled by 2 resevoirs further up so the dams have been closed to catch the Mtn runoff and the only runoff in it is the stuff from the foothills and local drainage, looks like we'll survive this one without and wet! Im wondering what my property up in Brinnon looks like!

We're getting along just fine up here in Mount Vernon. I'm just east of town and up on a hill. Seems like lots of folks around us are getting wet feet again. My oldest daughter is student teaching in the Arlington and was sent home early yesterday. Upriver is flooding in the usual places, Hamilton and Lyman. Lots of land slides though on Hwy. 20. It looks like the worst of it is south of us or up in Whatcom county. I work in Ferndale and they got wet Thursday night. Be real interesting to see if the mountain loop hwy. survived the storm. All ya'll up there be extra careful and we'll be praying for ya!
