How long should i leave it on, i`m impatiant, just ask the wife.  ROFL

If you put it in a box with a wet sponge somewhere warm I thing it would accelerate its action.

Pitchy

I love it when when you talk that way Frank.  ROFL

LOL  ;D The evaporation from the damp sponge will keep the mustard from drying out and the vinegar in it from evaporating as quickly so it can work better .

Need a little warmth for a little evaoration.

Pitchy

Put it in a zip bag with a sponge or is that to airtight and the whole barrel will rust

Well its a tough go, the psrt under the mustard stayed grey and slightly etched. I put fresh mustard over the old everyday for three days, no patience either.
The part between the mustard rusts too so ya gotta try and get that off too before bluing. I aplied blue with a small paint brush after the mustard was removed.
It`s different alright.

Turned out really cool, Lenn.  Might try and do some of that on a ferw things.  Wonder could I write my name in mustard??
