Don`t seem worth the slight gain in diamiter, one inch or bigger sounds like more fun.

The 600 rb is around 320 grs of lead compared to 180 or so of 50 cal

The nominal cal is .62 I cast mine and TOW has them or Lee makes a mould.

Hmmm i`m getting more interested, I could just run my ream down one of these 50`s. So your telling me ya can patch a .600 ball and load it in a 5/8ths bore.

5/8" is .625 so .600 rb and .010 -.012 greased should do it .

I think I'd take it to 9/16" first .
