Had an idea

david and beudros post got me thinking.maybe we could have a couple annual get togethers for eveyone to meet one another.I know it would be hard to get everyone in one place, but maybe have a couple in different parts of the country.Just a thought though.

Oh I wish that were possible! But the cost of fuel is so high that most people just couldn't afford it...what this forum needs is a very rich philanthropist to pay everyone's way! I know I'd love to shoot with all of our members, and I think most feel the same way.

I bought gasoline yesterday for $1.54.  If this keeps up Jeanne and I'll haul that little travel trailer of ours any place y'all won't to get together.  The folks in the Older and Wiser Chat Rooms get together at different places.  Most hotels and motels have meeting rooms for just such occasions.  One hunting site I know of just camps out at a COE campground.  They fish, eat, visit, and did I say eat, but of course no shooting.
   
We would probably need to use one of the muzzleloading club's rondy campground for a meeting place if we want to do some shooting and such.     

First thing to do would be to see how many are really interested in a get together.
