The forum manager deleted their faces but Ned knows what he looks like

I'd love to see the guys head on the wall (Post Office wall).  People like him give all hunters a black eye.  In this day and time the last thing we need is something like this to happen.

Well as it stands now with no one willing to be a witness and the laws as they are:remember we live in the USA, this is a serious blow to us ethical hunters.

"I was told today it was not taken legally. I was also told that all the the game warden can do was ticket them for leaving the carcass behind. I was also told that the city cops could ticket them for illegal discharge of a firearm in city limits if the police witnessed the firearm being discharged in said city limits. In other words from what I was told, with out hard evidence of what happened, such as video evidence, not much can be done. Again, this is what I was told and could be far from true as far as I know. I would like to know for sure and next time I see Mr. Powell I will definitely ask.

may not be right but it still sucks

He reminds me of a deer hunt several  years ago.  Little buck running by..looked and considered shot. Loose dog ran out right behind him. Boom dead dog. Can't have them chasing stock or game.  Sorry if this upsets some of you who hunt with dogs..I can appreciate a good dog, just not the ones out on there own running wild. Sorry hunter who can't follow the rules.
