Just a pic I found on the Net...I'm left handed and sometimes use in as a profile Pic. A friend of mine loves Colts and is also left handed and is also a shootist a good one too. So when he doesn't show up on the forum for a spell I post this the Skeleton and Colt listin' him as MIA. KooL Pic I thought...

That's one of the early Dixie by Miroku Tennessee MTN. Rifles...they stopped sellin or importin' them bout 2006-7. They were listed in left hand for $695 in the 2005 DGW cat.
I took 8" off the barrel now 33 1/2' was shooting siloutte 40 shots standing and it was killin' my back and my aim= and my scores. So I cut 7 crowned it.
Gotta tel you this ,it is true. Was zeroing a new site from the bench at a 50yd target makin' cloverleafs for fun. I saw some pecks when I loked down the barrel. So I stopped rubbed my eyes and watched a minute. A covey of Qual was going back and forth at the 100yd berm eatin' the shot up seed...then back to the safety of the tree.
Well what do you think I thought I'd try and do?
Taht's what I done...was loaded aimin' where they were landin', they all flew down started peckin' at the desert and BooooM!!! a .490 PATCHED ROUNDBALL hauled  down the barrel and popped the Qual I aimed at right in the middle of the back, yup behind the breast. I feard the U.S. Forest Rangers would find out so I cleaned, cooked, and ate in on the spot...and there were two wotnesses...my friend and his son..HeeeHeeeHee! It tickles me when I think of it.
