The Moccasin House

Have any of you ever done business with these people?  Back on October 17, 2008 I ordered a pair of Front Lace-up Moccasins from them.  I received the Moccasins on 10-25-2008.  Man they were really nice except for one thing they were about two sizes smaller than the size I ordered.  Jeanne couldn't even wear them.  I notified them at once of the error.  I was told to return them for refund. I returned them on 10-28-2008. 

As of this 11-13-2008 they say they haven't received them.  I'm beginning to think something funny is going on.  That's why I'm asking if anyone else has done business with them.

To bad the moccasins didn't fit.  I really liked them.  Took quite awhile to get the refund but when they did credit my credit card they even reimbursed me for the return postage.  I may give them a try on a different pair.   This time I'll send them a tracing of my feet!

They only list the knee-high up to a size 10?
