Last day at the range

Long, long ago there were apes, then ape people then very primitive "humans"; and soon we came along.  We've reached the zenith, guys; now we're going back the way we came.  Only this time it's faster; as evidenced by the subhuman ape man thing hotfxr reported on.

With the notable exception of you and I. We are becoming more advanced, more intellig... intall...install...smarter, and better looking each day.  IMHO

[hmm]Hmmm...I need to cogitate on that one.  And that was a close one at the range.  It was probably for the best that you didn't do what desperately needed to be done.  In my extensive experience I've found that the authorities often frown on such individual "corrective" measures.

I CAN shoot out to 300 here at home, but it bothers the dogs so I generally refrain from doing so.

I'm lucky. I have a 200 yard "range" in my pasture. Tree stumps from Hurricane Irma and old farm equipment make up the backstop. I just have to leave a 16' wide gate open to utilize it.
My cannon is a down-sized Napoleon model that shoots .690 balls and the range owner doesn't restrict anything. 

Mine is a 1000 yard range and the cannon goes boom with no issues... I just try and give the neighbors a few minutes heads up so they can come and watch :)

UMMMMMMMM I would suggest you rethink that last comment.... There are a bunch of people here who also fit the description of "We are becoming more advanced... smarter, and better looking each day.  IMHO"
