It's been a long time since we had a postal shoot and I have no idea who would be in charge of that. All I know is it's not me. Being the Crown Prince of Procrastination even when I did get around to shooting I never could seem to get the targets mailed off, so unless all y'all want to wait several weeks (or months) for results, someone other than me would need to take charge. I will check in with the powers that be, but I am pretty sure that anyone who would like to run with the postal shoots will be blessed by our sunburned, nocturnal, bucktoothed, burrowing leader. (After some severe indoctrination, brainwashing, and hazing of course.)

Fortunately he is so overwhelmed with school (as any senior citizen would be) that most of the zingers go right over his head and he remains clueless. And even if he does figure out what I am saying about him, I believe he is an even worse shot than I am,(I can't hit the ground even if I am aiming at it) so I am not afeared of him, too much.

It is in your contract that you have to run them....    All you have to do is post the address to send the target to, then score them when they come in....

I ran a couple of 50 yard bench matches a few years back and we only got 5-6 targets turned in after a whole bunch said they wanted to do it. Wasn't worth the effort to collect fees, score targets and mail out the prizes.

Hello all,

Hard to believe that it has been so long.

I have powder  to burn and plenty of balls ................and I suppose, the time to score and post results again if you all would like.

I will be shooting offhand, bench, and pistol, as before. No fees, no prizes unless donated.

How much interest in a monthly shoot up till hunting season?
