The pistol will be a brass barreled .56 cal smoothbore with a Chamber's Queen Ann pistol lock.

I just looked at this again and noticed the brass part. Will it be solid brass or brass plated? If it is going to be solid brass, how much thicker will the barrel walls have to be to take the pressure? This one intrigues me.
