Good insults all; it's just that I'm not the recipient, only the messenger.  Matt Avance and Mike Lange are the only two builders I've aggravated had build guns for me.  I hold them both in high regard and have 0 (zero) issues with their work.  It's all about satisfaction, right?  There are a few other builders I'd like to do a project for me but, alas, would you believe they expect MONEY!?  What have we, in this materialistic world, come to?!

Are you saying Matt does not charge for his guns , if that be the case,maybe I can afford one ,, or MAYBE Woody or gunmaker will have a change of heart and give me a canoe gun?

If'n you really hate canoes enough to shoot them, save the time and money and give the paddlers directions that will make them come close the all those squirrels that y'all have been arming and let them take care of those pesky old canoes.

for what its worth.... this is the first thing I go to when I fire up the putter. Im a lurking most of the time. I enjoy the posts and the bantering. I do miss mongrel...darn good gunmaker! IMO this is the best site!!

You know I always remember everything but can't seem to come up with how I got those guns from Matt.  Strange because I can't recall ever having trouble with my memory.


I could be wrong but I don't think those little guns were meant for shooting canoes.  Almost positive they were built for shooting kayaks.

I, too, believe in arming bears like it says in the constipation.  Gotta be fair, you know.  I think I need another drink.

Pic a date and an event and post it in the meet up area - thats what it is there for....    I plan on making a switch up here soon as I get this college thing licked, then Bulldog lady and I just might make a 49 state tour and see what we can do about meeting some of ya'll
