If there is one I missed it.

A central spot where we can UL/DL books, articles, maps, ect.   I can find several spots that have some of this info and some links (many dead)  but there seems to be no rime or reason for where things are.  It's more of a treasure hunt.

While I enjoy hunting I would rather do it with cold steel and hot lead.

Some of us have collected large digital libraries and I am sure some of us have some rare, hard to find items that need sharing.

All legal stuff.  Nothing against the rules.

If you already have this please ignore this post.  Just point me in the right direction.

Just a thought.

Thanks for the site.

Look under Members General Interest
- sub category  Good Stuff
- sub category  Lending Library

This is where you post things you have that you would be willing to loan out. No Guarantee you will get it back but you can ask....

Thanks, I'll look there.

But I was thinking more of  a digital library where I (and others) could UL a 1800s book on homesteading or Civil War journals (stuff like that) that everyone could DL and have their own copy to read at their own pace.

Any area (or interest in an area) like that?

Post your links there and others can look for things there of if it is historical fact then they can be posted in the appropriate historical section of the board... We don't have the server space to upload documents and store them if they are found elsewhere
