patchbox. That is a stray strand of tow and not a scratch
In honor of the maker, the color of the stock and my Scott heritage I named it Cota Dearg which is red coat in Gaelic

I don't know, BP is mighty dear around here. With the price and shipping I can't afford it. I will wait till the 17th and pick some up at the post

You also might drop the sites name down there, I beleive there are a couple of members from that neck of the woods...

I know I want to get down there sooner rather than later for a visit

Istrouma post in Denham Springs La.
Established in 2013, the Istrouma Post Compagnie de Grenadiers was founded by a like minded group of muzzle loading enthusiasts. Our goal is to bring us all together to share our common interest in muzzle loading and living history lifestyles. Work is in progress to construct a colonial style post in Livingston Parish, LA to be a home base for the members activities, a place to gather, shoot, share ideas and socialize. We are continually working on the land with plans for barracks, a cabin, a blacksmithing shop, stockades and gardens. We also hope to broaden our base by holding larger living history events throughout the year that will be open to the public.

The Istrouma Post will host regular shooting matches with prizes for the top 3 places. Yearly dues are $50 and will provide access to all group events as well as private access to the Istrouma post by appointment for various activities.

Each new member receives a custom gorget engraved with the company insignia.
