Powder Horn Questions

1. Is there a way to kinda tap the inside of the business end so that a threaded brass tip could be used on a horn?

2. How do ya'll fill the thangs?   I know ya fill it with REAL powder, but is there a funnel small enough?  I can't find one.

I use a reloading funnel
There is a brass fitting you can glue in the horn and screw in a valve, spout and stopper or fill plug

You can also put a filling plug in the base of the horn. I have seen one that was threaded into the wood and the plug that went into the base was used as a strap holder.
