Bacon Wrapped Cubed Steak

Chaffa Hosa

Its a little labor intensive to make but well worth it, Also a very good use for the tougher cuts, I have my larger trimmings and shoulder/neck meat run through the tenderizer at the local butcher shop.

Cut the tenderized meat into large bite size pieces
Wrap with 1/3 slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick
Marinate up to 2 days in Italian dressing mixed with worchestershire sauce
Cook on grill until bacon is just done Don't overcook
Makes a good appetizer of main course

I like doing the same thing and also in some cases I have taken a small piece of cream cheese and a hopalong pepper and put under the bacon!
