On my biannual venture to Friendship I was able to acquire a couple of treasures that fit right in with the theme of this Board. First I got a powder measure, brass, adjustable from 0-120 grains with a swivle topped funnel for $1 ( no he wouldn't come down on the price ) and 12' of sterling silver inlay wire for $12.

No I really didn't try to bargain down the powder measure!

The more I hear about friendship, the more I want to go.. Oh well someday.. But Its been pretty much glued to the bucket list. Just a bit too far from the east coast, right now im saving and looking forward to Dixons MZ fair. About the closest thing to a rendezvous for around here

Since I did such a good job as your second at your last duel (as much as my jug fogged memory recalls) I will offer my services as your offical body guard  as you perform your judge, jury, etc. duties and will fight to the death to protect you. Unless of course someone comes up with an appropriate tribute whereas I will be forced to trip you from behind  and point the aggressors in the direction of the swag.

I think all our wives, significant others, etc... say the same thing....

I wouldn't be surprised if there is a "widow(er)s of tmoc" or some such site out there that only they can find - to talk and compare notes about us...

Wives scare me, including my own. After almost 35 years I have learned to stay as far away from her as I can, and when she does catch me, I just say yes dear, do what I am told, smile and pretend I'm happy. I just wish she hadn't put the dog's shock collar on me, now she can always flush me out from wherever I am hiding.    What, I never said I was smart. As for watching, I always will remember this;
