 hdslp hdslp  Only been makin jerky for ? years and got in a hurry and thought it looked like about 5 lbs, so away I went with all the pepper and seasoning as usual-   pnic  looked at wrappers  when had it all  brewed up and vacumn packed for marinating  and only had about 3 1/2 lbs!  some of the guys thought it was great but I was blowing smoke and callin for more beer when I tried it.  Think this just supports the cuttin wood theory, measure twice and cut once!!
