Here is a picture of the wooden flask I tried to post a while back.

I agree, that's a well made wooden flask.  I bet it took a LOT of drilling/boring/scraping/gouging to hollow it out.  But, Ahem! the shape is just so reminiscent of the bottles we usually see filled with, uh, "essence of corn".   chrrs

Thanks for the complements. I did very little by hand. I made it on a monarch engine lathe built between 1900 and 1910. My original intention was to make an "essence of corn" bottle to resemble it. I haven't for fear of intoxicating my weapon ;D

Be careful, if they get the taste for it they will try and convince you to ween them off of Holy Black and convince you to take them out drinking instead of going for a woods walk....  whipping  cuch

Although I don't drink, I agree with Hanshi: Have one AFTER shooting.

While we are at it: Raise a toast to Red Badger for getting his eyes fixed so he can shoot again. I will start by raising a Dr Pepper to that and Thank him for keeping this sight up.

REMEMBER IT IS NOT ME that keeps the site up and running... ALL of us do it by logging in and looking around...

Now I will raise a Dr Pepper to Bigfoot for paying the bills and allowing us to try to keep the site going.
