Enough 12 ouncers that stay cold are more than  equavilent to 16's esp with Ok heat this summer or any time for that matter.!  Shots, I smarter than that! Pure poison, some of that cactus juice and such. I just a good old American girl :mini-devil-28492: 
Forgot to ask about the protein, does that mean got to give up- steak, pork chops, taters, bisuits and gravy and pie???? bs    thanks again                          ps  feeling the musckles when do the excersizes.  The Badger says need to work on my shooting stance but one thing at a time, if can't hold it up!

Ya need the protein from the chops, steaks ''n sausages to build the muscles and ya needs the carbs from the taters,pies 'n' biscuits 'n' gravy so's ya gots the energy. Ya need both, just moderation. I slant slightly towards protein but I was a powerlifter.

Hey Di, having been married to a physical therapist for 20+ years, I will tell you if you can get your doctor to get you to a PT, they will help you to accomplish what you want without hurting you, or letting you over do it. Ask your doctor to go to a PT, they really are miracle workers if you follow their directions.

Ahh but that would mean going to see a doctor in the first place.... she is a retired RN and I can't use the language here to discribe what she says about doctors...  pnic   this is a family site...    cuch

My mom was an RN, my daughter is a current RN, I think I've heard most of those opinions/comments..not all bad..

Yah, I just used to old country doc who knew a little about everything, then if that didn't work, they had no idea, then sent you someplace else..   Blame a whole lot on the insurance and system,  run them thru like cattle, heaven forbit you take more than 5 minutes to answer or ask real questions, not fill in the blanks.  Bout  decided got more gun than can ever build muscles for unless use a bench or shootin stick (with 4 prong walker feet)!  hdslp  Thanks for all the suggestions and did get a burn for a few days till asked what the cheese soup cans ( cheap weights)were doing infront of my computer!!  Guess it is back to 12 oz curls!!
