As you all know, I am new to traditional muzzleloading, and new to this site.  But since I accidentally stumbled  across this site I have learned very much from all that post here.  Sort of wish I could meet you all, I have learned so much from you.   I was reading a post about bragging and was going to put this in there BUT, the last post says it all, there is no follow up from me that could express my thoughts any better.  This sight is GREAT.  and YOU ALL make this site GREAT. You are all Great in my eyes. Thankyou for being here for us and helping us to better ourselves and become better individuals and hopefully better bp shooters.  I don't post often,  read a post once by ??Red Badger??  or ??Old Salt??  that said it you don't think you should post it , you are probably right.  There is a profound truth in that statement.  We are all here to learn more about Traditional muzzleloading, I'd have to live to be 100+ years old in the school of hard knock,to  learned what I have learned in the last 6 months from everyone on this site.  I start my day at 5:30 am reading posts before work and end my day reading post before bed.  Thankyou all very much.

Thank you for the above, but we who run this place can not do it without the rest of you!  This is a great site and I am proud to be a part of it!

We don't have to agree with other about everything, we just have to enjoy black powder.

If we aren't learning we are dying!

I'm glad you feel the same way I do Pilgrim.  I've seen more than a few forum pertaining not only to muzzle loading but shooting in general deteriorate into such chaos that the owners decide to shut it down or everyone's feelings are hurt so the place just dies slow death.  I was furtunate to have gotten to meet several TMC members in person when we all got together here in Texas for a rendezvous/hog/deer hunt.  I hosted Red Badger and his lovely wife after the first leg of their journey, then on the next day we arrived at the Boneyard in Real County were met our host, Micanopy.  We are all now friends

Pilgrim, thanks for all your kind words from all of us here on MLC.  We have a lot of sharing, learning and funning in the the process.  Just a suggestion, you might check out the location  section for other members in Penn.  It's fun to know names and such but to meet folks in person even makes the site more special.  Again welcome and don't be afraid to ask, if some one doesn't know or have an idea there are those who can direct you.   thmbsup
