grandparents got home from krogers threw a pack of "hamburger" on the counter and told me to grill it. i put it on the grill seasoned it and when it was done ate it it was the best derned hamburger i ever tasted got to lookin at the package it was buffalo burger they started laughin at me bout it but man it sure was good. first bit of exotic meat i ever had other than rabbit

I miss good Fresh Rabbit the Coyotes have cleaned them out around home.
One of my Scout Buddy's makes Buffalo Jerky that is awesome!
He makes real fine Deer Jerky to!
Some of the young Scouts weren't going to try it, so I told them that's OK it's more for me!
They were on it like Vultures then!

i need to find a slab of buffalo and make some jerky cause i would love to get some teryaki buffalo jerky

Waiten on the buff farm to call, am suppose to help them butcher in return for meat and hides. I love a good buffalo burger.

there is a buffalo farm down the road about 5 miles i never knew about until the other day apparently he throws away the horns and hides

AAAAAAAAHHHHHH get yer butt down there and see if you can work out a deal. Salt and freeze the hide's, you can probably sell them here for some decent cash. Also might get some trade work out of it.(Buffalo Meat) and learn how to butcher them.

And ti's a good skill to learn, once you gut and skin a buff you can do it to anything. Also good way to get extra stuff for nothing but time.
