I see the results, but not mine.?  I know it looks like only 4 shots, but there are 2 through the same hole, just about.  Iffin ya look real close that 2nd shot is there... Sorry to be a pain, but just like to be included.... LOL..

  Well,naultrick1,my favorite brother from the far north.I'd a shot al lot better but the sun was in my eyes,the clouds were shadowing my front sight,the wind was blowing the wrong way,and i kept thinkin that ol Red Badger was sneakin up on my jug coolin in the crick.Well.........thats my story an ima stivkin to it.

  Just remembered it twas my unworthy self that suggested kneeling position.  Bring on the tar and feathers, anyway; I deserve it.  Kneeling use to be okay.  My target will punish me pretty good, though.  I once shot a one shot group at 100 yards under 1/2" from kneeling  .

Wasn't the flintlock rifle a fairly new thing then?

Ok after looking at it with a magnifying glass, a microscope, and the quart of home brew you sent me ( ) I do see the possibility of a double tear in the picture...

Therefore as Judge I am awarding you with the new score of 41

I do appreciate that. Congratts to Micanopy.  I knowed it twernt as good as his was.  I had fun participatin and look forward to the next shoot.

It was a converted matchlock if memory serves me correctly.    At first I didn't trust them new fangled flint thingies.

         Some pretty fair shooting , and congradulationto the winner . I still don't know why there are so many powder burns and a patch stuck in a hole  Things happen!!! .  I havn't shot in a postal shoot sense the ml forum had their first one a few yeas back . caame  in 5th out of 6 shooters  .
          Now , I'd like to enter the next PS , The problem I have is I'm on medication that causes my vision to be worse than usual and 25 yards is pushing the extent of my focus , so if we could have a shoot at that distance I might get a hole or two on the paper . Also , standing OFF-HAND , or off a STAFF OR STICKS would work . I wouldn't normally do so much whineing  but it's been kinda a tuff couple of years health wise  Oh! while I'm doing all this whineing , how about using 3"x5" index cards with a X and 3 shots onlly ! This set-up might help out a few other  "mature" folks .
