found a blanket

found a blanket for my blanket shirt, i have to go in to perth by train and the surplus store is 200 yards from the station but it is worth it,its 60"x80" 50% wool 50% synthetics but for $14.50 ozy brand new i aint going to complaine.

That don't look like too bad of a blanket, Bernie. It's very hard and expensive to find 100% wool anymore.

they have 100% wool but they are $85 thats to expensive.

Jerry  rumor has it the ones from Harbor frieght (sp) haave a horrible smell to them that will not wash out ...
try cheaper than dirt
      Bernie   blended wool products are stronger and wear better ... they are jus plain tuffer ...
        I always try to get blended.
I live in wool   wear it sleep under it etc.  kant be beat

only thing I have to say about the cheaper than dirt blankets - they are relatively thin, yet seem very stiff and heavy. I've got a capote made from one and it is just not comfortable, I'd sell it or give it away but wouldn't feel right about it really since I'm not happy with it, I don't know why anyone else would be.

hey beth is that striping always  in the middle of the blanket or of to one side.

this is the capote made from a cheaper than dirt. like I said it is stiff and not comfortable, definitely not PC.
