Mink pelts

Anybody have a clue what mink pelts would be worth?  You know, the ones that are complete with a backing like you see displayed on camp boxes or strung over a chair at rendezvous.  (Ballpark figure).

Don't know...but do have 4 I've picked up cheap over the years.  Grand kids love playing with the little weasles..

Yes, I suppose they would be worth whatever you could get for them.  I have seen quite a few on Mountain Men's hats and a few draped around camp but they are way too small to use as padding on a camp chair. I suppose that they would be worth around 5 ot 10 bucks or so.  Anybody think up some more uses for the little critter?

give it to the wife/GF .... tell em ya spent a bundle on it real mink....

then duck... especially if they are on the sites....
