Some friends were handling an old iron works shop estate sale, and a swage block and mandrel got sent to the scrap yard by mistake. Needless to say, when I got to the scrapper and couldn't find either, I was sick. Glad you saved the machine from destruction.

Real shame when people throw out junk through ignorance.  Glad you saved the rifler.  Now let's  see a project come off of it.  Did you get cutters etc. or just gig mach.

Just the machine so far. I will learn to make what I need I geuss. Some others from another forum have offered to advise and assisst. Oh boy they won't do that again ;)
