My 11 year old son

My son Jacob lives with his mother. I can't actually say what happends at his mothers house. All I know is that she is always bad mouthing me in front of my son. And that she mentally abuses him most of the time. He lives in a one bed room house with a total of 9 people. He being the only male living with a bunch of man hating females. I would like to ask you if you would keep him in your prayers for protection from the evil that dewells in that house hold.

Remember that he won't be in that environment forever.   My boy had a friend in a very similar situation.  When he got older he learned that his mother had been lying to him about his dad all those years.  He's 27 now with a wife and kids of his own, has very little to do with his mom and won't allow his kids near her.  She now realizes that she spent those years "Sh*tting in her own rice bowl" for lack of a better term.  Kids aren't as stupid and oblivious as some people seem to think.    Just don't bad mouth the woman in front of your son, he'll see the difference.

I know he won't be there for ever. But it's hard for any parent to watch there childern suffer and be in so much pain and not be able to do anything cause of all the leagal B.S.  But thank you for adding my son to your prayers.

How old is he?
   Some states after a certain age will allow the child to choose which parent they want to live with. A single bedroom house with 9 people living in it?  I think you may stand a good chance of getting custody, as tyhat is not an acceptable environment for a child to be growing up in. Ya may want to do some more checking into this.

In the state of Ca. they have to be 12. And there is no law about how many people can live in a home here. I've been fighting for three years know to try to get him. I'm hopeing this lawyer can get the judge to let me have him. Hopefully he will ask for a new judge this time the last one was anti military. He told me as long as I am in the military I will never have custody of my son. I feel really good about this lawyer he might be the one to help.

I really appreciate every one keeping my son in their prayers.

If that judge did not give any other reason than the statement As long as you are in the military, I would contact the JAG offfice, they may not be able to do any thing about getting you son back. but they get %* judge removed and even disbared
