just got out of hospital

guys i have just got out of hospital bin in there for two days saterday and today,i had an little fall and to stop landing on my tail bone i grabed onto a roo bar on a four wheel drive and twisted as i came to a stop and tore up some muscles in my stomach and aggavated my old hernia
opperation had a real good surgen all fixed now and on the mend.
