This is an update: All the prayers DID work, in fact way more than expected. MIL went from 2hrs to max of 24hrs before passing to at this moment setting up feeding herself and carrying on a conversation. So for all you dudes who don't believe, I recommend that you go over the facts and perhaps look at your hole card.
