damn ! really sorry to be hearing this !

I am sure we all are.... This is one reason I asked everyone to form a phone network so we would know about things like this... Doug and I have been in touch for several years and I have been procrastinating about going to see him... Now it is on my priority list.

You should all have my cell phone number 918-625-7645 call me if you need something and leave a voice mail letting me know who you are I do listen to voice mail but do not return calls if I don't know who you are... and sometimes if I know who you are a think about it :P

It's a shame that this is the end result. He fought and fought .. much more than I would have but cancer is a mean, ugly, insidious disease that keeps attacking us until it wins.

My brother "beat" stage 4 throat cancer .. at least I think he did. You never know with the big C.

Other brother Gordon and I talked to Doug on a conference call yesterday.  He sounded pretty good, better than last week.  His daughter who lives not too far away was with him and they were playing a scrabble kind of game.  He has a hospital bed from Hospice in the living room.  He was in good spirits after a bath and grooming from his caregiver.

Doug passed while the site was gone... He was a Booshway and one of the best friends a person could have... I never met him but we formed a bond here and on the Telephone...

I got the message from Badger a while ago but each time I tried I got nada. I tried again today. 

I am finer than usual. The orthopedist and chiropractor have me out of most pain and it is great.

Sorry about Doug and glad to see the Tommy is still kicking.

Yes we do need to expedite the sharing of phones and emails.  So far I've only phoned Badger because I do have his ph#.  Some seem to be rather slow to react and get started.  Brother hotfxr is a prime example.  Mom has been complaining about him lollygagging and not being "expansive" (whatever that means) enough.  Not even any photos from my bro.  I want to see some targets he's fired with that .22 frankenrifle he built.
