VIRGINIA SNOW

GEORGIA "SNOW"

Cats and dogs sleeping together!  The end is near!

Here I'm getting ready to go hunting.
Young guys should hang out with old guys; old guys know stuff.

Here's some more Virginia snow.  When we moved to Virginia from Georgia was the very first time I had ever seen real snow.  Up until my mid 60s about one (1") + or - was the most I'd ever seen; and dustings are rare in the deep South.

Maine snow.  Over the past 5 years the snowfall has decreased to less than half of that in 2017!   Each year snowfall decreased by 10" to 20"; global warming.

All deer pictured I took in Georgia, a couple more racks are not pictured.  I gave some racks away, made stuff out of some but had to leave most behind when we moved to Maine.

A friend of mine built these (among others) and I covet them.

My special order .54 M1841 I've had for , oh, 20 years.

My fine Virginia took many Ga. deer and was the best offhand rifle I've ever owned.  Sadly, this fine 9.5 lb (+ or -) took a toll on my arthritic hands so I sold it.  Hands are better now but it's too late.

Just a few more. Sadly, the antlers are gone.

I always cast a lot and had 1,000s of ball on hand.  A friend in Va. has them now along with a lot of other stuff of mine.  Still trying to find a way to get it all up here.

I love those flat rate boxes at the post office... Loaded with round ball and shot. Load them down, tape well and pay flat rate....
