Corona protection

Being forced to spend this much time at home with the family around 24/7 will cause me to lose what's left of my mind.     So it's time to make sure I am ready to protect the home stead from toilet paper thieves and cowans. Had a bunch of lino type lead and it worked perfect for casting the cannon projectiles. Plus packed up 32 one ounce powder packets.





Going up to a ranch next week to try out the new projectiles with the rifled liner. If we can get the cannon up to a certain ridge, we will have a range area of 1000 to 1500 yards to test the accuracy. If not, and I don't see how we can drag that beast up there, we will have a 300 yard range to play with.
Just remember, when you need real protection, are these the guys you want?

No cannon here but we do have a couple of high quality flintlocks.

"Badger's Beast" is cleaned and the Powder charges are ready (5 lbs of 1F individually prepacked, and 2 lb balls) ready to be pulled from the powder room to repel any boarding parties...
