This is my collection so far ,

1. Invest arms 50 cal
2. american gun comp 12 gauge hammer
3. Traditions Kentucky 50 cal
4. Dart 45 cal
5. made in Spain ??? 45 cal
6. 2 Pietta  36 cal pistols

I know the shot gun isnt a muzzleloader but i only shoot black powder in it and reload my own brass shells .( and what a blast )
The traditions is a kit i bought my self for x-mass and have yet to get it finished. ( still trying to decide what to do to it )
The 45 cal made in spain was a gun show find for a cool 100 bucks ,
The dart 45 to me is a realy cool , but i cant find any info on it , but it shoots great
cva bushwacker actually belongs to my 11 yr old granddaughter
The 2 piettas are fun to shoot but still trying to figure them out
The investarms what can i say it has been a pain in my """ but i think i finally got the bugs worked out of her. hdslp
Now that it is starting to warm up here in ohio  i hope to get out to the range and really get these worked in .

Ive been sitting back and doing a lot of reading and research here on the forum and have taken a lot of the info i have found and base most of my supply purchases on that, i stocked up on goex powder , lee ball molds , caps and patches .
My wife said i went crazy buying my own x-mass this year pnic she just dosent realize im just getting started ROFL

crazycrow Nice  thmbsup Looks like the BP Bug has bit you already!

Hanshi

Don't go crazy with getting more guns, use moderation.  In fact, you only need maybe 16 more to have a reasonable collection; well, okay then, perhaps we can tweak that number a bit and add 25 more.  But that should be all.  ROFL
Young guys should hang out with old guys; old guys know stuff.

Papa

Not ddisparaging what you have started with but now you need to stop thinking quantity and start thinking quality.

Sorry But I lost all my guns in the big flood in 1976.

flintboomer

Nice, but do you have a favorite among them?

Favorite(s) can be by looks, feel or accuracy (or 1 of each!)
For example:
My favorite is my Lange .40 Lancaster flint.
My favorite hunter is my old TC Renegade.
My favorite for targets is a TC Hawken with a .40 Green Mountain drop in barrel.

old salt

Nice start.  I am just getting started my self, I have 23 long guns and only 19 revolvers.
All gave some Some gave all

;D ;D ;D

Good start on things, more range time will separate the favorites but just looking and handling them is good too.

I took another look at your pictures and noticed that one of the revolvers is brass framed. Just a reminder to keep your loads fairly light (15-20 gr) if you want to shoot it very much. The brass frame will not hold up to heavy loads but it can last a long time if you keep the loads light.

Winter Hawk

The Dart certainly is interesting!

which one in the photo is the dart ? is it this one !  that is a wesson rifle , made in italy and imported by several outfits , most I`ve seen were palmetto arms ! good rifle , the originals were used by buffalo hunters and the military used them as sniper rifles !

Black powder guns are an addiction. Two thirds of my fire arms are of the black powder variety. I have 10 rifles, a dozen revolvers and several single shot pistols. I wouldn't trade or sell any of them they are way too much fun. dntn
