I think movable targets/frames is the way to go, at least for the ancient ones.

And unlike pilgrim who slept on the subject for several days; I saved time and simply slept for several days.

Any volunteers to hold uo the target while we shoot at it?

Just wondering if some of us can get a break.  I shot the offhand target Tuesday, 5 shots.  And it's still usable  .  I did, however, put the 5 shots into a nice 19" group on the backstop.

19 inches is a problem?  Sounds fine to me.

Not bragging but it's about average for me. 

I was thinking maybe 3 feet for offhand and 15 feet for bench.  Pistol, well, how about 6 inches?

Getting better. may be able to shoot pistol as long as i have 20 min. to get it loaded.
Range, doesn't much matter-- have to shoot with off hand. Only one available now.

PS. Don't worry about some  capps or typos.  One hand typing span sometimes won't reach.

Step 1 - place target in frame and set horizontally (flat on the table)
step 2 - raise up 2 inches
step 3 - take 1/2 in copper tube and place over center of target
step 4 - drop round ball down tube
step 5 - send in target

what could be easier?  no need to got to the range or anything...

First off, I have no idea what a pdf is.  I downloaded the "cute thingy" but there's still no target to print or even a "print" button to use with a right OR left click.

What's the latest decision on the pistol segment?  Still 25yds and 5 shots??

How about letting shooters choose to shoot the pistol target at 15yd or 25yd , tie breaker is the yardage but 15 yd is one hand and 25yd can shoot one or two handed?
Yardage must be written on the target!
