Trigger Work

I am in need of a gunsmith who would be able to add a backlash screw to a double trigger and adjust the lock. The reason I need this done is the trigger must be set prior to cocking the hammer (half or full cock). The rifle is an older custom Ohio half stock 32. I live in central Ohio but I am willing to drive a reasonable distance to have the work completed. Thanks, any help would be appreciated.
