I know a couple folks here on TMotC have done business with Sara in the past, including myself.  Right now as she's having to deal with a lot of back pain as the latest attempt at blocking the nerves that are sending the pain signals just flat out didn't work.  She's also having to retire and has shut down her website too, so keep her in your thoughts and prayers if you're so inclined.
