Flintlock rifle -- price reduced -- SPF

This one's an ash-fullstocked flinter built around a 30 1/4" x 1" Numrich .50 caliber barrel, 1-62" twist. The lock is an Investarms, clone of the T/C mechanism. Single trigger, fixed sights with the rear left unnotched so you can cut the notch as deep and wide as you prefer. The wood has been stained with Old Towne Lancaster Red Brown and finished off with tung oil. Length of pull is just shy of 13 3/4", about as close to "average" as you'll get. This rifle is being offered on GunBroker.com at a somewhat higher opening bid and shipping price combined, so anyone wanting it at this lower price needs to speak for it before a bid is placed. $370, shipped to your door

I'm working on the theory that I'm less likely to live in abject poverty if I'm selling a lot of guns at relatively low prices, instead of a few very expensive pieces. Presently the "selling" part of the equation is a bit of a problem, but I believe that's more about the economy than about some major flaw in my theory.

It should be a good shooter, Numrich made a pretty good barrel, and mike does make a nice rifle.

Parts for the lock interchange well with TC parts if you ever have a problem.
