Don't worry, it was just a car (unless it was '67 SS) and can be replaced...you get well!! Just don't try to move to fast for the next couple of weeks as your muscles are surely strained in places you didn't even know they existed.....

Doc said I may have a torn rotator cuff...get an MRI on Thursday and a followup appt to read it next Friday...I hate waiting. Now I gotta go back to work tomorrow on light duty...probably be filing and office stuff...oh what joy!

Got a great report today! Turns out that I have a torn labrum that doesn't necessarily require surgery unless the 6 weeks of physical therapy doesn't work. So once I get that behind me I should be good as new.Tried to pull a light weight bow back this morning...pulled it back but too much discomfort to hold it effectively.Ya know I had to try!!

And don't do it again!  you'll mess up the progress you have made... nothing like getting a good report from the doc and then havin him tell ya you did to much and messed it up....
