I know this is an old thread, but it brought back old memories. I lived in Big Bear for 7 years.

I'm glad you brought this thread back to the top, Pete.  It was good to be reminded of our founder, who no doubt is waiting for us in the next life to show us the way along the trail.  I miss him very much.
