wow a lot of food for thought here tom, but let me add to this. i am a dual citizen, America which i love and served in the U.S. Marine Corps, and Lithuania. now i don't know how many of you remember, but Lithuania was the little country that gained there independence from the Soviet Union back in 1991 causing the whole thing to dissolve. their "revolution" was done with out the Lithuanians firing a single shot! however, a lot of Lithuanians died in this effort, all killed by the Soviet military. and when i say a lot, i mean in the thousands! so in truth there is no such thing as a non-violent revolution. you do present some great ideas though. here on my mountain we have formed a legal militia, and all of us are vets, some like my self, combat vets. are we ready to do it again, yes, do we want to, no. the problems in front of us as a nation are not simple ones, and there is no simple solution. in essence, we as a people need to be ready to do something as a whole and united people!

Nicely put Tom...and gentlemen...this is becoming a bit unsuitable for our forum. We do not discuss forcible overthrow of our government on this forum. If you wish to continue looking for peaceful solutions...then please continue. If not...shut up.

i respect dennis's wishes, all of you should know that if you want to discuss politics in any fashion, the sister site muzzleloading life welcomes all forms of political discussion.
