Nah! Ya gotta be tough! I'll be wearing clothing and either mocs or shoes. And we be goin for three days, about 15 miles.

Thats way neat! Hope you have a grand time. All my trekin brothers lives many miles away so its hard for us to get together more than a couple days a year at different times. Mostly for wandering and huntin, it is a blast.

   Y' call them MRE's   I'll trade ya them fancy things for the old fashion  chololot brow Mre (1ST generation) them things even have a heater installed... and ifn I look hard enough I might even scare up a box or two of C-Rats..

I hope you have a grand time!  I am asuming you have the pack with the items which were shown in a previous post... if not I'd add a flint & steel and some powder and ball for the rifle ( I know your gonna take it....)

Have fun and think of me puttin the final touches on this brain tan project of mine....

Slight change in pack contents....pillow ticking ground cloth instead of plastic,  left out inflatable pad...oh my bones!, and added belt ax. Better?
