I got them all lubed up and need to go to the range to see how they shoot.  The Natural Lube worked good, I just wish it was thicker and stuck to the bullets better.  Maybe next time I will melt in some bar soap or beeswax, if I ever buy unlubed bullets again.

These did not shoot well at all, so this isn't something I will do again, but I can say I done ot once.

You can make your own lube using 1:1 of bees wax and animal fat, if it gets too hard in cold weather you can add vegetable oil like olive oil or add the oil that is used on horses hooves. Just add the oil till the mixture is soft enough.

Since I already have a pan of Wonder Lube already, if I ever lube my own bullets again I will melt in beeswax to harden it all up.

If you shoot round balls you can rub your dry patches across the surface of the wonder lube to lube the patches, i keep a percussion cap tin with wonder lube in it just for that purpose in my cleaning /shooting box.

Good idea, I may have to try that.
